For ZCartify demo sites:

• Demo content is for demonstration only
• Demo sites may reset or change without prior notice

6. Payments & Billing

Payments on consumer platforms (like Trovezaar) are processed through Razorpay, a secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
SoarZion:

• Does not store sensitive payment information
• Reserves the right to cancel unpaid or failed transactions
• Will process refunds as per the applicable Refund Policy

For ZCartify customers purchasing software editions:

• Payment schedules
• License durations
• Renewals

are governed by separate commercial agreements or invoices.

7. Shipping, Delivery, Returns (Applicable to Trovezaar)

• Shipping, delivery, and return processes are governed by the Trovezaar Shipping & Return Policy.
• By placing orders on Trovezaar, you agree to abide by those policies.

8. Vendor & Partner Terms (Trovezaar)

Vendors using Trovezaar must:

• Provide accurate business and product information
• Comply with marketplace listing guidelines
• Fulfill orders promptly
• Follow quality and legal requirements

Vendor onboarding and payouts are subject to separate agreements and verification.

9. Software Licensing (ZCartify)

ZCartify (web and mobile components) is licensed under the following conditions:

• Customers are granted a non-exclusive license to use the software
• Customers may not resell, redistribute, or modify core source code
• Unauthorized duplication or distribution is prohibited
• Features, modules, and demo environments may change or be updated

10. Mobile App Usage (ZCartify Mobile App)

The ZCartify Mobile App:

• Does NOT access camera, photos, location, or device storage
• Uses Firebase for analytics and crash reporting
• Requires an active customer or store account to function correctly

Continued usage constitutes acceptance of app updates and permissions.

11. Communications

By creating an account or placing an order, you consent to receive:

• Transactional emails
• Order updates
• Support communications
• Security notifications

Marketing emails will be sent only if you opt-in, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
All emails are processed securely via ZeptoMail.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software associated with SoarZion are the property of:

You may not:

any part of our platforms without written permission.

13. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with:

SoarZion is not responsible for third-party service failures.

14. Limitation of Liability

SoarZion will not be liable for:

• Downtime, service interruptions, or technical issues
• Errors caused by vendors, courier partners, or third-party providers

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for the specific service.
