Common Pricing & Licensing Questions
Do I have to pay every year to keep my platform running?
No. The license fee is a one-time, perpetual license — you're never billed again to keep using the platform. As long as your hosting is active, your store keeps running and processing orders indefinitely, whether or not you choose an annual support plan.
What happens if I skip the annual support plan?
Your store stays fully operational online. You simply won't receive new feature rollouts, complimentary design hours, or priority bug-fix turnaround from our engineering team during the period you're unsubscribed.
If I skip support this year, can I opt back in later?
Yes. You can re-engage an Annual Support plan any time — whenever you need platform customizations, design overhauls, or expansion work.
Does the price include server hosting?
No. Server hosting is handled separately and depends on your database size and expected traffic. We're happy to recommend hosting providers, or set up and manage a server deployment for you — contact us for a bundled hosting quote.
Is the Mobile App add-on cross-platform?
The Mobile App is a native Android app for your customers. Store administration and seller management remain entirely web-based.
Is GST charged on the license fee?
Yes. Standard 18% GST applies to all software licensing and services under Indian tax law, and a valid GST invoice is issued for every purchase.
Are customization services included in the pricing?
No — customization is optional and billed separately, based on the scope of what you need.

Please note: If you are deploying a Multi-Vendor Marketplace setup, additional compliance applies, and your platform must be structured to manage Tax Collected at Source (TCS) at the statutory rate of 0.5% (0.25% CGST + 0.25% SGST).
